The ideal candidate will have extensive influenza immunology experience, deep assay development knowledge, and strong data analysis skills for large datasets.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or six years relevant experience required.
• Four+ years of progressive experience including leadership in a lab.
• Deep knowledge of influenza immunology and viral immunology.
• Experience developing and validating multiplex immunoassays (Lumines, ELISA).
• Experience with flow cytometry and multi-color analysis.
• Ability to independently design, execute and troubleshoot complex experiments.
• Strong data interpretation, record keeping and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee laboratory projects from conception to execution.
• Develop and validate multiplex assays and antibody-based tests.
• Manage samples and inventory using LIMS and Master Control.
• Plan experiments and schedule testing for large clinical study sample sets.
• Prepare reports, present data, and contribute to SOP/protocol development.
• Ensure assay rigor and compliance with GCLP/GLP standards where applicable.
• Maintain equipment and support data analysis with software tools.
