You will lead research and program evaluation using large administrative datasets, collaborating with state partners to design robust studies and provide insights that inform health and human services policy. The role requires expertise in multivariate statistics, SAS/SQL, and communicating results to policymakers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in informatics or related field with 1 year of data science experience, or
• Bachelor’s degree in informatics or related field with 3 years of experience in data work.
• Advanced training in multivariate statistical methods, sampling, and research designs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement research and program evaluation on large administrative datasets.
• Collaborate with state agency partners to develop sound studies and performance measures.
• Prepare analytic datasets, link diverse sources, and recode data as needed.
• Report findings for non-technical audiences and present to stakeholders.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance on data collection and quality assurance.
