Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in remodeling, renovation, or general carpentry
• Skills in framing, finish carpentry, cabinets, doors, and flooring
• Experience with drywall, painting, tile, light electrical and light plumbing a plus
• Exterior skills in siding, deck, and fence work a plus
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and reading blueprints

Responsibilities

• Perform framing, demolition, and structural repairs for remodel projects.
• Install and finish trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and flooring.
• Install cabinets and countertops according to layouts and blueprints.
• Measure, cut, and shape materials with precision.
• Complete tasks to help close out remodel jobs and meet codes and safety standards.
• Communicate with homeowners about project progress.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during remodels in older homes.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, vehicles, and workshop.
• Follow company processes and represent House Doctors professionally.
