Responsibilities

This is a WOW (Work on Weekends) position. Schedules include every weekend (Nights - Friday & Saturday, Days - Saturday & Sunday). Employees in this position earn premium pay in addition to their hourly rates and shift differential.

The Lead Rehab Services coordinates occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech & language pathology staff, supports the manager and director with clinical goals, and promotes teamwork to meet clinical and regulatory standards. They oversee daily operations for efficient, quality services and assist with department orientation and education. When not performing lead duties, they function as a licensed therapist (Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Speech & Language Pathologist).

Qualifications

Required:

• One year of experience in occupational therapy, physical therapy, or speech & language pathology in a clinical setting
• Bachelor's Degree
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist (OT) (KY), Physical Therapist (PT), or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) (KY)

Desired:

• One year of experience in an acute setting
• Master's Degree
