Qualifications

• Current state RN licensure; BCLS required; Child & Adult Abuse certifications; CRRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing staff in delivering high-quality, safe patient care.
• Mentor staff and oversee documentation and audits.
• Coordinate assignments based on patient acuity and staff competency.
• Participate in CQPI processes and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support patient and family education and contribute to reducing readmissions.
• Provide UDS documentation/orientation training for newly hired licensed nurses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
