Kids for the Future in New York, NY is seeking a Registration Specialist to support the manager and ensure efficient registration processes. You will help train staff, develop training materials, and serve as a resource on all registration functions.

This full-time, non-exempt position offers evening shift hours with alternating weekends and a pay range of $19.46–$22.46 per hour.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in Registration/Admissions or Patient Accounts.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience with staff scheduling and third-party payer knowledge preferred.

• Assist the Manager in maintaining continuity and efficiency of departmental functions.

Job Purpose

The purpose of this position is to assist the Manager in maintaining the continuity and efficiency of departmental functions by performing necessary duties. This position is responsible for instruction and supporting the professional growth of the registration staff. Creating training materials and resources to supplement training and serve as a resource for staff on all registration functions.

Education

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred

Possess an Associate's degree from an accredited college.

Experience.

Possess two (2) years experience in Registration/Admissions or Patient Accounts.

Preferred

Experience with staff scheduling and training an third party payer knowledge.

Additional Information

• Shift Time 2:30pm-11:00pm & every other weekend 6:00am-2:30pm
