Clear Creek Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our team and provide clinical leadership while supporting outpatient care and procedural services, including surgery and dentistry.
We are seeking a versatile, client-focused technician who thrives in a dynamic general practice environment and is ready to take on a leadership role within the technician and support team. This position is ideal for an experienced RVT who enjoys mentoring others, helping coordinate hospital flow, and serving as a clinical resource while continuing to utilize their own hands-on skills.
We value credentialed technicians for the clinical knowledge, judgment, technical expertise, and communication skills they bring across all areas of the hospital. In this role, you will help elevate the quality of medicine, patient care, client experience, and team development while contributing to a consistent, high standard of care throughout the patient visit.
This role is ideal for an experienced RVT who enjoys variety and is ready to lead, mentor, and serve as a clinical resource while utilizing their skills to support excellent patient care and hospital workflow.

Located in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, Clear Creek Veterinary Clinic is dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care in a modern and welcoming environment. Our team includes five veterinarians, four RVTs, and additional support staff who work collaboratively to provide high-quality medicine and personalized care for every patient.
We care for a diverse range of species, including dogs, cats, pocket pets, birds, and reptiles, creating a dynamic clinical environment with plenty of variety and opportunities to grow. Our services range from routine wellness and vaccinations to advanced surgery, diagnostics, daytime inpatient care, and emergency services. As a Lead RVT, you’ll play an important role both on the floor and within the team, mentoring and supporting your colleagues, helping coordinate daily hospital operations, and contributing to a consistently high standard of patient care and client service.
