PennState Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care Lead for a nursing job in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania.
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This role will serve as a key collaborator with PICU leadership and will lead patient care initiatives that are evidenced-based and patient-family centered. The manager will identify, interpret, and spearhead the implementation of appropriate policies/procedures, clinical decision tools, data collection tools, national clinical care guidelines, literature, and research to promote standard and evidence-based practice.
