About the Facility: Since 1937, Alton Memorial Hospital has provided comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services, including surgery, imaging, heart services, cancer care, emergency care, and more.

Role Purpose: Under the direction of the manager, plans, directs, and coordinates activities on a designated shift. Performs direct patient care, assesses, plans, evaluates, and documents nursing care, and functions as a clinical resource.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and resolving gaps in care from hospitalization to outpatient settings.
• Developing and implementing complex care plans.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and exploring nursing practice advancements.
• Evaluating patient and family experience to improve care quality and satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree
• Experience: 2-5 years
• License: RN

Preferred Qualifications:
