BayCare in Winter Haven, FL invites a Registered Dietitian Supervisor to lead our nutrition team within the healthcare system.
You will supervise RD tasks, provide clinical nutrition assessments, liaise with nursing, physicians, develop policies, and participate in staffing and performance reviews.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food & Nutrition or related field is required.
- Master's degree preferred; from Jan 1, 2024, a graduate degree may be required for those not credentialed by 12/31/23.
- Registered Dietitian through CDR and licensure in Florida, or licensure within 6 months of employment.
- Board Certification in a related specialty is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervises tasks of the Registered Dietitian.
- Provides clinical nutrition assessment and care for patients.
- Liaises between the Food & Nutrition Department and Nursing Services, patients, and physicians.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure quality care.
- Performs team responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, payroll time-keeping and performance appraisals.
- Works with Manager on disciplinary actions and terminations.
- Communicates service delivery system to maintain quality controls and regulatory compliance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
