Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Wellesley Hills, MA seeks a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Lead RBT) to supervise clinic operations while supporting RBT staff and learners. This full-time role offers a path to seniorization within an expanding ABA network.

You will oversee daily scheduling, data collection, and mentoring, ensuring high-quality client care and seamless service delivery across cases and shifts.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with children/youths in education or ABA therapy (preferred).
  • RBT certification required.
  • 2-year degree or higher preferred.
  • 1 year experience training others (preferred).
  • Availability during after-hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily clinic schedule with supervision.
  • Ensure RBTs have time for billing and administrative duties.
  • Assist with data collection and learner support.
  • Mentor RBTs and cover callouts to minimize missed services.
  • Follow procedures to implement discrete trial teaching and pivotal response treatment.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the day-to-day schedule of the clinic and maximize clinic productivity with RBT Supervisor and Director of Operations
  • Ensure that RBTs have time to complete billing and administrative duties

Requirements

Education/Experience and Other Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with children and/or youths in education or ABA therapy (preferred)
  • RBT certification
  • 2-year degree or more (preferred)
  • 1 year of experience training others (preferred)
  • Availability during after-hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
  • Reliable transportation (your own vehicle), a driver's license, and car insurance

  • Proficiency with technology
  • Attention to detail and high-level organization skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
