Job summary

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania in Wayne, PA is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Lead RBT) for a full-time role. You will coordinate daily clinic schedules, supervise RBTs, and support data collection while advancing patient care.

The position requires an active BACB RBT certification, 3+ years in ABA or education, and availability after-hours, weekends, and holidays. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day clinic schedules with RBT Supervisor and Director of Operations.
• Ensure RBTs have time for billing and administrative duties.
• Assist with data completion and learner support.
• Aid RBTs with learners and cover callouts to minimize missed services.
• Maintain client and staff safety as extra support for the clinic.
• Mentor RBTs and apply discrete trial teaching procedures.
• Use pivotal response treatment strategies and formal procedures to increase verbal behavior.

What You’ll Do

• Availability during after-hours, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
• Reliable transportation (your own vehicle), a driver’s license, and car insurance
