ABA Centers of America in Foxborough, MA is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Lead RBT) to oversee clinical operations and mentor RBT staff. This full-time role offers growth through leadership training and ongoing support within a growing ABA program.

Ideal candidates hold an active BACB RBT certification, have 3+ years in ABA or related educational settings, and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and mentoring abilities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• 3+ years of experience working with children/ABA therapy.
• 2-year degree or higher preferred.
• Availability during after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation, driver’s license, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day schedule of the clinic and maximize productivity with supervision.
• Ensure RBTs have time for billing and admin duties.
• Assist with data collection and learner support.
• Mentor RBTs and cover callouts to minimize missed services.
• Maintain client and staff safety as an extra support person for the clinic.
• Use discrete trial teaching procedures to teach and generalize skills.
• Increase verbal behavior with formal procedures.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate the day-to-day schedule of the clinic and maximize clinic productivity with RBT Supervisor and Director of Operations

• Active RBT certification through the BACB board
• 2-year degree or more (preferred)
• 1 year of experience training others (preferred)
• Availability during after-hours, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
• Reliable transportation (your own vehicle), a driver’s license, and car insurance
