Job Description

  • Location: This is a remote position, with travel requirements of up to 50%. For optimal support and accessibility, it is recommended that applicants reside within 30 miles of a supply chain center.
  • Shift: Full-time; Salary
  • Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 plus bonus

This position will be responsible for supporting maintenance teams and processes at Domino’s Supply Chain Centers throughout a region or territory. The individual will develop and sustain standard maintenance procedures, documentation, tools to track progress, and support overall supply chain center maintenance needs. Responsibilities include evaluating the center’s maintenance programs, planning repair, installation, and upkeep activities, and assessing mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems. The role involves partnering with stakeholders in Procurement, Quality, Safety, IT, and Finance, and coordinating with Region VPs, Site Directors, Operations, and Maintenance Team Leaders during planning and execution of maintenance initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Execute and maintain preventative maintenance systems and processes
  • Update, maintain, and generate reports from CMMS
  • Ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment
  • Manage critical spare parts lists
  • Evaluate cost structure of regional spare parts program
  • Partner with engineering for reliability of new and modified installations
  • Participate in design, installation specifications, and validation of new installations
  • Develop criteria and evaluate equipment, spare parts, and service providers
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis and support local teams
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Centers and WRC on asset analysis and improvement plans
  • Support execution of Maintenance training plans
  • Lead periodic maintenance reviews and meetings
  • Participate in spend optimization initiatives with OEM and third-party suppliers
  • Define, report, and develop action plans for performance targets
  • Review service level agreements and scopes of work with vendors

Additional Supporting Activities

  • Conduct Supply Chain Center Assessment visits
  • Support engineering and other projects as needed
  • Develop vendor relationships in partnership with Procurement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
  • 5+ years’ experience in Manufacturing or Engineering roles
  • Experience in maintenance or food safety in a food manufacturing environment
  • Experience managing large-scale projects with remote stakeholders
  • Experience managing contractors and vendors
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and focus on accuracy
  • Knowledge of engineering principles; certifications a plus
  • Understanding of regulations governing engineering standards
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Project); CMMS or ERP experience required
  • AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs are a plus
