At Coursedog, we’re on a mission to empower higher education institutions through powerful, purpose-built academic operations software. As we continue to scale, we're seeking a Lead Recruiter to build and own our recruiting function from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity to architect the future of talent acquisition at Coursedog. From implementing our ATS (Rippling) to designing equitable hiring processes and sourcing strategies, you’ll partner cross-functionally to attract top talent and ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring team experience at every touchpoint.
