Key Responsibilities Build and scale the recruiting function to attract and hire top talent Lead full-cycle recruiting across various roles, managing the process from intake to close Implement and optimize the ATS to support scalable, data-informed recruiting workflows Required Qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Proficient with ATS platforms; experience with Rippling is a plus Experience in engaging both active and passive candidates Background in remote-first or distributed team hiring is preferred Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices
