Job summary

Pacific Air Forces at Kadena ITT is seeking a Recreation Program Supervisor to manage local and international tours, coordinate logistics, and supervise three or more Recreation Aids and Assistants.

You will train staff, prepare itineraries, handle hotel reservations and travel information, and occasionally drive a 15-passenger vehicle to support airport transportation. Ensure customer satisfaction and program compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising multiple staff in recreation or travel programs.
• Ability to coordinate local and international tours and logistics.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads three or more NAF Recreation Aids and Assistants on a regular basis.
• Oversees training, procedures, and information sharing with staff.
• Plans itineraries and coordinates Kadena ITT bus schedules and hotel reservations.
• Provides tour guidance and assists with customer travel plans.
• Prepares financial reports and handles daily cashier's reports.
