Job summary

Cartamundi is seeking an Receiving & Material Handler Supervisor to lead daily inbound receiving, dock operations, and material movement at our Erlanger, KY facility. This hands-on leadership role requires coordinating schedules, training, and resolving material flow issues to maintain accuracy and safety throughout the warehouse.

The ideal candidate will oversee cycle counts, SAP transactions, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while supporting efficient material flow

Qualifications

• Forklift and cherry picker licenses are required or must be obtainable.
• Experience with warehouse receiving, dock operations, and inventory control is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP receiving transactions and Bill of Lading procedures is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving, material handling, baler, dock, and material movement activities.
• Coordinate workload, scheduling, and training for Receiving, Baler, and material handling teams.
• Ensure inbound materials are unloaded, inspected, logged, and stored accurately and safely.
• Enter receipts into SAP and manage transfers, returns, and quality inspection flows.
• Maintain dock and warehouse organization and ensure compliance with safety, quality, cost, and housekeeping standards.
• Promote safe work practices and continuous improvement in material flow and dock processes.
