Job summary

Lightspeed Restoration of Concord seeks a Rebuild Technician to lead residential and commercial rebuild projects after mitigation. You will oversee job sites, direct junior technicians, coordinate with subcontractors, and serve as the primary customer contact, reporting to the Owner. Strong leadership and advanced carpentry skills are essential.

You will manage time, budget, and quality, ensuring work meets code and safety standards while mentoring teammates on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of construction, carpentry, or restoration experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of reconstruction projects from start to finish per scope of work.
• Supervise junior rebuild technicians and subcontractors with quality checks.
• Perform skilled carpentry and finishing (framing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, doors, trim).
• Oversee demolition while ensuring safety and structural integrity.
• Apply finishes (painting, tile work, etc.) and maintain site cleanliness.
• Communicate with customers, Owner, and team; track progress and resolve issues.
