Qualifications

• 6 years industrial construction experience with 2 years in Supervisory roles.
• Read and interpret blueprints, understand job specifications, implement Bechtel procedures and work rules, inspect finished work for quality.

Responsibilities

• Identify safe practices and at-risk conditions and provide on-the-spot corrective action.
• Instruct journeymen in craft tasks including safety procedures and techniques.
• Coordinate between crafts to prevent jurisdictional conflicts and ensure work progresses on schedule.
• Read blueprints, verify specifications, and ensure work meets drawings and quality standards.
• Identify potential problems early and take remedial action when necessary.
• Ensure time sheets, backcharges, quantity and work status reports are accurate.
