Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc. is seeking a Hands-On Data Engineering Lead with deep expertise in Apache Flink, AWS Managed Service for Flink, and Kafka to architect, develop, and operate production-grade real-time streaming platforms in 24x7 environments.

You will lead data engineers and architects, set coding and deployment standards, review designs, and collaborate across application, data, and cloud-platform teams to deliver scalable, low-latency data solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering, data engineering, or distributed-systems experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on Apache Flink engineering.
• Strong experience with AWS Managed Service for Apache Flink and Kafka.
• Experience leading technical teams and production-grade streaming deployments.
