We are seeking anexperienced, hands-on Lead UX/UI Developertowrite code, lead a team, and drive technical execution. This isnot just a management role—we need someone who will actively develop applications while mentoring and leading a team of UX/UI designers and front-end developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on developmentof web and mobile applications usingReact.js and React Native.
• Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to a team ofUX/UI designers and front-end developers.
• Implement and optimize direct-to-client platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Work closely withproduct managers, developers, and stakeholdersto translate business goals intohigh-performing consumer applications.
• Utilize A/B testing toolssuch asVWOandGoogle Tag Manager (GTM)to optimize user experience.
• Optimize applications forspeed, responsiveness, and accessibility.
• Work withoffshore teamsto ensure smooth execution across different time zones.
• Participate inAgile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Conductcode reviewsand lead technical discussions.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ yearsof hands-on experience withReact.js and React Native(must be actively coding).
• At least 2 years of experience leading a front-end teamwhile continuing to code.
• Strong experience implementing direct-to-client platforms.
• Proficiency in VWO and GTMfor A/B testing and user analytics.
• Experience working withoffshore teamsin a remote-first environment.
• Understanding ofAgile development methodologies.
• Excellentproblem-solving skillsand a passion for delivering great user experiences.

Preferred Qualifications (Strong Pluses, Not Required)

• Experience usingXCode and Android Studio’s built-in profiling toolsfor debugging, performance optimization, and crash analysis.
• Experience integrating and managingFirebasefor analytics, authentication, and performance monitoring.
• Ability tocreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Familiarity withaccessibility standardsand best practices.
• Experience working in afast-paced startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree incomputer science or a related field.
