Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years in Technical Lead or Architect role.
• Hands-on with Java, Spring, and React.
• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and containerization.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and collaboration skills.
• Onsite in Omaha, NE five days weekly.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of enterprise applications using Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and React.
• Design and scale microservices and REST APIs.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Oversee containerized apps with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Conduct design/code reviews to ensure quality.
