We're looking for a Lead React Engineer with Salesforce Experience to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote position (Atlanta-based preferred), no additional travel required, with an aggressive salary and bonus packages, and 401K matching.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Design and implement front-end features in React with performance and maintainability as strong considerations.
2. Assist in the conception and maintenance of a unified UI layer across multiple applications.
3. Participate in the definition of development processes, including agile project management, continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD), and release processes.
4. Work in an agile environment where features are shipped frequently.
5. Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
6. Foster quality through extensive testing of your code.
7. Support tracking projects to schedule, budget, and scope, and report status, issues, and risks to the project leadership team.
8. Assist in resolving complex and escalated production issues.
9. Build user-friendly applications with a focus on performance.
10. Demonstrate good people skills and care about mentoring others.

Technical Skills

1. 5+ years of experience in software development.
2. Extensive experience implementing new features using React with Hooks, Typescript, CSS, and HTML.
3. Experience using Salesforce Composable.
4. Strong experience working with state management libraries.
5. Experience developing and creating applications using Next.js.
6. Experience with unit testing using Jest.
7. Familiarity with consuming REST APIs.
8. Proficiency with development tools such as Jira, Git, Bash, Docker.
9. Hands-on experience with Cloud providers, preferably AWS.
10. Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and experience with tools such as Azure DevOps and Github Actions.

Strategic Skills

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Team player.
3. Experience working within agile environments.
