Job summary

Boston Data Pro, LLC is seeking a Lead React Developer to design, build, and deploy responsive, end-to-end web applications. You will work across the Engineering organisation with Product, UX, and PMO to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

You will drive front-end development with React (Vite), TypeScript, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS, while also contributing to back-end services using C# and .NET Core. This role includes owning AWS deployments and participating in code reviews to uphold

Qualifications

• 3+ years of overall software development experience.
• Front-end expertise: React (Vite), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Back-end expertise: C# and .NET Core; RESTful APIs.
• Cloud deployment: AWS; CI/CD pipelines.
• AI-assisted development: experience with Gen AI coding tools is a plus.
• Design principles: responsive design, accessibility, and UI/UX best practices.
• Cross-stack debugging across front-end, back-end, and infrastructure.
• Agile/Scrum: experience in sprint-based delivery.
• SQL & relational databases: SQL Server and PostgreSQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web apps end-to-end (UI to API to database).
• Build front-end with React (Vite), TS, JS, HTML/CSS; ensure component-driven architecture.
• Develop back-end services and APIs with C#/.NET Core; ensure scalability and security.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and PMO to translate requirements into features.
• Own deployments to AWS using CI/CD pipelines; ensure reliable releases.
• Troubleshoot cross-stack bugs and performance bottlenecks; root-cause analysis.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
• Document code, APIs, and deployment processes for knowledge sharing.
• Mentor mid-level developers and foster quality and continuous improvement.
