Job summary

Swish Dental is seeking a highly motivated Lead RDA to join our team in Texas. You will assist the dentist during procedures, take radiographs, prepare and sterilize instruments, and ensure patient comfort throughout visits.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a dental assisting certificate, Texas RDA license, CPR/BLS, and at least 1 year of lead experience. A strong team player with excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Dental assisting certificate is required.
• Texas RDA license is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
• At least 1 year of lead RDA experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Perform dental radiographs (x-rays) and scans.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and patient rooms.
• Provide exceptional patient care throughout their visit.
• Take impressions of patients' teeth.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
