Stallant Health Crescent City is seeking an experienced Lead Registered Dental Assistant to become the Clinical Supervisor. The role blends clinical chairside RDA care (27–33 hours) with team coaching, teaching, and administrative duties across two dental assistant teams.

The position requires a California RDA license in good standing, CPR/BLS, and a California X-ray license, with at least 3 years of RDA experience and leadership experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Active California Registered Dental Assistant license in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification and California Radiation Safety (X-ray) license.
• Minimum 3+ years of clinical RDA experience.
• Prior leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, team building, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.

Aufgaben

• Clinical Excellence (27–33 hrs/wk): provide chairside RDA support with high patient care standards.
• Oversee and coordinate daily operations across 2 dental assistant teams.
• Train, onboard, and mentor dental assistants for growth and skill development.
• Oversee clinical supply inventories, equipment maintenance, scheduling, and HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
• Conduct regular team check-ins to improve chairside efficiency, communication, and patient flow.
