Job summary

ABA Centers of America is hiring a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Lead RBT) to lead clinical teams in Quincy, MA. This is a great entry‑level leadership opportunity in healthcare with paid training through our ABA Academy of Excellence and ongoing career support.

The role involves coordinating daily clinic schedules, mentoring RBTs, and ensuring billing and administrative duties are completed. We offer benefits and opportunities to advance to higher RBT levels and a Master’s scholarship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with children/ABA preferred.
• RBT certification required.
• 2-year degree or higher preferred.
• 1 year of experience training others preferred.
• Availability during after-hours, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinic schedule with RBT Supervisor and Director of Operations.
• Ensure RBTs have time for billing and administrative duties.
• Assist with data completion.
• Aid RBTs with learners.
• Cover callouts to minimize missed services.
• Maintain client and staff safety as extra support for the clinic.
• Serve as mentor to RBTs.
• Implement discrete trial teaching using specified procedures.
• Teach and generalize skills in natural environments with formal procedures.
• Use pivotal response treatment strategies.
• Use formal procedures to increase verbal behavior.
