Job summary

U.S. Pacific Fleet seeks a government program manager to guide national and international programs supported by the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF).

You will advise the Range Operations Department Head on development and capabilities to meet customer needs and collaborate with Range Divisions to support Test and Evaluation requirements. Qualifications

• Specialized experience at or equivalent to GS-12 demonstrated by analyzing and evaluating test range programs for resource readiness.
• Experience with DoD acquisition or government range operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to range Program Managers for PMRF-supported national and international programs.
• Recommend range development and capability enhancements to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with Range Divisions Heads to support Test and Evaluation requirements.
• Review program cost estimates and expenditures to align with PMRF budget and charging policies.
• Represent PMRF at high-level conferences with sponsors, contractors, and government agencies.
