Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), holidays, and days off.
• Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a satisfactory quantity and quality of work by assigned personnel.
• Explain and demonstrate work procedures and methods, including safety, apportioning, and scheduling assigned work.
• Observe and analyze the methods used and results achieved.
• Bring problems to management and assist in utilization of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Perform work according to Company rules and regulations.
• Assist with Escorts and with staging pallets during offload.
• Load and unload cargo on/off aircraft; transport cargo between sort, platform and aircraft.
