Role Responsibilities
  1. Complete assigned gutter installations correctly, on time, and to client specifications.
  2. Maintain equipment, vehicles, and ensure job site safety standards are followed.
  3. Ensure timely submission of paperwork for client payments and financial reports.
  4. Work as part of a premier gutter installation team, contributing to company growth and job excellence.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Produce an average of $1,000/day in revenue, achieving $50,000 in income.
  • Less than 2 callbacks per month.
  • Score 90% on truck inspection.
  • Less than 10% overdue paperwork activities.
Candidate Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in rain gutter installation or related trades.
  • Driven to complete jobs accurately and efficiently.
  • Skilled in using fastening, cutting, and forming tools.
  • Committed to safety and maintaining a good driving record.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug testing.
Responsibilities
  1. Arrive on time, attend weekly safety and progress meetings.
  2. Follow safety protocols and report hazards.
  3. Complete work orders accurately and efficiently.
  4. Maintain clear communication with homeowners and managers.
  5. Update CRM with project information regularly.
  6. Maintain vehicles and equipment properly.
  7. Track time and report KPIs weekly.
