RailWorks Corporation seeks a Lead Estimator for our New York rail division. You will prepare cost estimates for projects through planning, design, and construction, producing bid proposals and buy-outs.

The role leads an estimating team, reviews bid packages, collaborates with project managers and engineers, maintains cost databases, and identifies cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.

Formación

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of estimating experience in rail or heavy construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction costs, materials, and labor.

Responsabilidades

• Lead estimating team and supervise preparation of project cost estimates.
• Review and approve bid packages and pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to clarify scope and technical requirements.
• Maintain cost databases and historical project data.
