TriHealth’s Sharonville Occupational Medicine in Butler County, Hamilton, OH, is seeking a Lead Radiology Technologist to oversee imaging services, ensure high-quality exams, and coordinate staffing under radiologist supervision.

Requirements include an Associate’s Degree in Allied Health or equivalent, ARRT and State License, BLS/CPR, experience (1–2 years). The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, full-time schedule 40 hours weekly, shifts 7a–7p with Saturday rotation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in Allied Health or related program.
• ARRT certification and state radiologic license required.
• BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers.
• 1–2 years of clinical allied health experience in radiology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead imaging workflow and ensure high-quality exam results.
• Coordinate staff and equipment for daily operations.
• supervise radiologic technologists and perform competency reviews.
• select imaging protocols per department procedures.
• maintain QA/documentation and infection control compliance.
• interact with patients and families to provide outstanding service.
