Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Radiology Tech Lead for General Radiology in an outpatient clinic setting. You will provide day-to-day leadership for technical services under the radiologist, ensuring timely, high-quality imaging and patient care.

The role requires a Radiologic Technology program graduate with 2–5 years of experience, leadership preferred, and ARRT registration. 8-hour shifts, 64 hours per two weeks, no weekends, with a starting bonus for eligible external talent.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years as Radiology Technologist with leadership experience preferred.
• Leadership experience in clinical setting.
• Knowledge of radiology procedures and safety.

Responsibilities

• Completes procedures in compliance with physician orders and department guidelines.
• Identifies patient with two identifiers and ensures accurate documentation.
• Maintains safe patient environment in procedure area and communicates with patient.
• Gathers information to assist interpretation of images and ensures imaging transfers to storage systems.
• Uses Excellian EMR and Enterprise PACS systems for documentation.
