Detroit Medical Center in Detroit, MI is seeking a Lead Radiologic Technologist to oversee radiologic procedures and coordinate workflow within the department. The role requires ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while providing hands-on Radiologic Technologist duties as needed.

Responsibilities include scheduling, timekeeping, call/standby as required, and evaluating staff performance with input on appraisals and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

• ARRT Radiography certification required.
• American Heart Association BLS healthcare provider certification to be completed by end of orientation.
• Two years of progressively more responsible radiologic work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead or resource person for radiologic procedures and staff.
• Coordinate workflow, delegate, supervise and guide staff.
• Ensure compliance with laws, JC requirements and DMC policies.
