Job summary

iHealth is seeking a Lead Radiologic Technologist to ensure smooth daily operations and perform radiologic procedures across multiple locations in the Twin Cities region. This 0.9 FTE, part-time role requires leadership in coordinating staff, maintaining imaging quality, and supporting patient care.

The ideal candidate will have ARRT-certified radiologic technology training, 2+ years of experience, and the ability to manage scheduling, training, and safety protocols in a busy radiology

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT Certification in radiology required within 60 days of employment.
• 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality x-rays for physician use.
• Inform and prepare patients for procedures.
• Maintain radiology files and films.
• Prepare, clean, and stock work area with supplies.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair.
• Oversee department daily operations and staffing.
• Coordinate department work schedules and timekeeping.
• Train new staff and provide coaching as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety regulations.
