Job summary

UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital in Highlands Ranch, CO seeks a Radiologic Technologist Supervisor for the Diagnostic Radiology department. This onsite role leads the team in daily operations to ensure productivity and adherence to quality standards.

You will supervise monitoring, coaching, and evaluation of staff, coordinate workflows, and assist with complex issue resolution in a fast-paced radiology setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) by ARRT; specialty ARRT certification(s) if required.
• 2 years of experience.
• BLS through AHA or ARC CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date; BLS/CPR card valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides monitoring, coaching and evaluation of team members' performance, especially in productivity and quality management.
• Promotes teamwork and cooperation by modeling positive behavior.
• Coordinates services, prioritizes assignments and workflow, and guides complex issue resolution.
• Oversees equipment quality control testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting; may work with Radiology students.
• Exhibits critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
