Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks a Radiologic Technologist to support radiology operations on site at 267 Charles Street. You will assist with patient imaging, ensure high-quality radiographs, and collaborate with radiologists and staff.

Applicants must hold a radiography certificate or associate degree and ARRT certification, plus a state license. The role requires 2–3 years of experience and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Radiography certificate/diploma required or an Associate's Degree in Radiography preferred.
• ARRT-registered radiologic technologist is required.
• State radiology license is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational flow and quality improvement in clinical operations.
• Provide guidance to staff, scheduling, triage duties, and act as a resource to staff.
• Coordinate clinical activities for students to ensure core curriculum requirements are met.
• Ensure radiographs meet diagnostic quality for radiologists and patient care.
• Demonstrate strong customer service while performing radiology clinical duties.
• Serve as liaison between clinical staff, managers and radiologists.
