Requirements:

• ARRT Certification
• State X-Ray License (if applicable)
• Enjoys driving to various facilities daily

Role:

• Provide consistent coaching and support to all personnel, including written and oral performance feedback.
• Schedule technical and ancillary staff using the DDF format to ensure proper customer service levels, in coordination with the Area Manager.
• Conduct quarterly image reviews on at least fifteen images to ensure high-quality exams, providing graded feedback and improvement ideas.
• Cross-train technical staff across modalities where applicable.
• Maintain TridentCare equipment and vehicles, including cleanliness and regular checks.
• Ensure upkeep of all DR/CR equipment, including monthly checks on cords, attachments, and QC programs.
• Report concerns to the Area Manager and provide additional support as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotations during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Performing and processing X-Rays:

1. Perform and transmit X-Rays to Radiologists for interpretation.
2. Perform EKGs and transmit to Cardiologists.
3. Maintain regular attendance and professional communication with peers, supervisors, and clients.
4. Maintain required licenses, certifications, health, and operational standards.
5. Attend meetings and submit accurate timesheets as per protocol.
6. Maintain equipment cleanliness and schedule maintenance with supervisors and biomedical staff.
7. Perform additional duties such as scanning, filing, and special projects as assigned.
8. Train other technologists as required.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred.

Licenses & Certifications: ARRT certification required.
