Job summary

TridentCare in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Operations Supervisor to coach staff, schedule personnel, and ensure high-quality imaging services.

This role also involves quarterly image reviews, cross-training, equipment maintenance, client reporting, and on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Monthly checks on DR/CR equipment, cords, attachments, plates, QC
• Report area client concerns to Area Manager
• Provide additional support to Area Manager as needed
• On-call coverage in evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Coaching and feedback to personnel, including written and oral performance feedback.
• Schedule technical and ancillary staff using DDF format with Area Manager oversight.
• Conduct quarterly image reviews of 15+ images; provide graded feedback to technologists.
• Cross-train technical staff across modalities.
• Maintain Mobilex equipment and cars; ensure they are clean and well maintained.
• Keep DR/CR equipment up to date; monthly checks on cords, attachments, plates, QC.
• Report concerns about area clients to the Area Manager.
• Provide additional support to the Area Manager as needed.
• Be on-call evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job description

• Provide a consistent level of coaching and support to all personnel. This includes providing written and oral performance feedback.
• Scheduling of technical as well as ancillary staff using the DDF format to ensure proper customer service levels are consistently met along with the Area Manager.
• Conduct quarterly image reviews on fifteen (15) or more images as needed to ensure the highest quality exams are being performed. Graded feedback is provided to the technologists with ideas for improvement.
• Cross training of technical staff in all applicable modalities.
• Maintaining Mobilex equipment and cars—spot checks to make sure cars are cleaned and well maintained.
• Maintain upkeep on all DR/CR equipment. Monthly check on cords/attachments/DR plates/pre-inspection checklist/QC programs
• Report all concerns/information on any area client directly back to Area Manager
• Provide additional support to Area Manager as needed
• Evening/weekend/holiday on-call as needed
