Job summary

Johns Hopkins Health System is seeking a Lead Radiation Therapist at Sibley Memorial Hospital to lead our Photon team and oversee clinical operations. You will prepare and apply ionizing radiation, supervise when the Chief Therapist is absent, and operate CT simulators, linear accelerators, and diode systems as part of patient-specific treatment plans.

The role requires ARRT registration, 3 years of experience as a Senior Radiation Therapist, and CPR certification, with a commitment to safety

Qualifications

• Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist.
• Three (3) years as a registered Senior Radiation Therapist.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and apply ionizing radiation to patients.
• Perform supervisory duties in the absence of the Chief Therapist.
• Operate CT simulator, linear accelerator, and diode system.
• Identify, analyze and resolve program related problems.
