Location: US:WI:MANITOWOC at our FROEDTERT HOLY FAMILY MEM HOSP facility.

This job is ON - SITE.

This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $10K!

FTE: 0.90 (36.00 hrs)

Shift: Shift 1, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend commitments (usually 1-2 times a year depending on holidays)

Job Summary:

This position oversees general care coordination for approximately 30 patients daily, with scheduling and clinical oversight of the treatment unit. Under the direction of the Radiation Oncology Manager, the Radiation Therapist Lead guides team personnel, manages resources, and coordinates care among patients, staff, and providers. Other duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an R.T. (T) in a progressive Radiation Oncology Department.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor of Science Degree from an ARRT Certified Radiation Therapy program. Staff hired before 1/1/21 without a Bachelor's degree must have at least 5 years of Radiation Therapist experience.

Licensure:

Certified as a RT (T) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or equivalent.
