• Oversee QA programs, calibrations, and equipment acceptance.
• Act as Radiation Safety Officer and lead safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinicians to optimize treatment planning and delivery.
• Support education and continuous quality improvement in a dynamic healthcare environment.
