Advanced Radiation Centers of Spokane, affiliated with The Specialty Alliance, seeks an experienced Radiation Oncologist to lead our new, state‑of‑the‑art facility. You will oversee treatment planning and delivery, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in tumor boards to advance patient care.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, innovative radiation therapy, and physician leadership within a national MSO network. Washington licensure is required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and completion of an ACGME‑accredited Radiation Oncology residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology, preferably with >3 years of post residency experience.
• Eligible for Washington medical licensure.
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in SRS/SBRT, and other advanced technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient‑centered approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary, high‑volume outpatient environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and stage patients requiring radiation therapy, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary oncology team.
• Develop and supervise individualized treatment plans using IGRT, SGRT, IMRT, SBRT and related technologies.
• Oversee daily treatment delivery, monitor patient response, and adjust plans as clinically indicated.
• Provide thorough patient and family education on diagnosis, treatment options, potential side effects, and follow‑up care.
• Participate in multi‑disciplinary tumor boards and case conferences with medical oncologists, surgeons, pathologists, radiologists, and other specialists.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality assurance, and regulatory standards in radiation oncology.
