The Lead Radiology Technologist is a competent professional capable of performing duties with minimal supervision and independent judgment. They must be able to step in as supervisor when needed and work across various equipment types to ensure timely, competent, and efficient work. The technologist will work closely with patients, staff, physicians, and visitors, managing all patient age groups from infants to geriatrics. Responsibilities include managing daily workflow, staffing, and scheduling in the absence of the supervisor, as well as performing other duties as assigned and assisting during low-volume periods.
