Job summary

Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking a working lead for the racking department in its galvanizing operation. You will supervise a team of up to 10 workers, ensure safe, timely production, and read work orders to allocate tasks and materials effectively.

The role requires forklift and crane experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to Sabre’s safety and quality standards. Physical readiness for heavy manufacturing is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience leading a manufacturing or galvanizing crew is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Experience operating forklifts and cranes is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production for up to 10 employees and manage job orders.
• Read work orders and assign tasks, materials, and equipment as needed.
• Train and assess employees in the Skill-Based Pay process.
• Inspect galvanized material to meet Sabre safety and quality guidelines.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and promote efficiency.
