Job summary

Watson Refrigeration is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Construction Foreman to lead commercial installation projects across the Carolinas and Virginia. You will supervise crews, coordinate field activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe, on-time completions.

The ideal candidate has extensive rack refrigeration install experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read complex plans. Expect travel to NC, SC, and VA and hands-on installation as needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive commercial rack refrigeration installation experience required.
• Proven experience leading refrigeration installation crews.
• Read and interpret refrigeration plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Travel throughout the Carolinas and Virginia on a regular basis.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead refrigeration installation crews on commercial projects
• Oversee installation of rack refrigeration systems, piping, equipment, controls and related components
• Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and refrigeration installation drawings
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities, manpower, materials, and equipment
• Ensure installations meet project specs, quality standards, and codes
• Identify and resolve installation issues in the field
• Work with project managers, GC's, customers, and other trades
• Train, direct, and hold crew members accountable for quality and productivity
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates, delays, and material needs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
• Perform hands-on installation work when needed
• Travel regularly throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia
