Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly production employees.
• Ensure safety and health policies are followed.
• Comply with environmental programs, guidelines and policies.
• Provide training to the hourly workforce.
• Plan and schedule plant activities daily/weekly/monthly to meet targets.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Participate in projects beyond day-to-day supervision.
