Job summary

Fidelity Investments in Boston is seeking a Manager of Quant Data Analytics and Insights to develop and maintain infrastructure for quantitative ESG research across fixed income and equity. You will validate models, build data pipelines, and deliver advanced analytics and interactive dashboards.

The role requires strong Python/SQL skills, experience with Snowflake, Oracle, and FactSet, and a track record in CI/CD and data governance. Onsite work model is being phased in.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a related field with progressively responsible experience in quantitative ESG work.
• Experience deploying end-to-end ESG solutions using Python, Snowflake, Oracle, GitHub, and FactSet in finance.
• Strong data engineering, model validation, back-testing, and analytics storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Validates complex ESG models for fixed income and equity portfolios by verifying research code logic.
• Performs sustainable investing research including model construction and factor calculations.
• Designs and develops interactive dashboards for ESG model performance and portfolio analytics.
• Onboards multi-asset ESG datasets and ensures alignment with model requirements.
• Processes vendor feeds and APIs to deliver clean model-ready ESG data.
• Responds to ad-hoc data analysis requests for back-testing and visualization.
• Runs daily/weekly/monthly production reporting across analytics environments.
• Produces reports with graphs, charts, and tables; evaluates statistical methods.
