Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service or fabrication environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems.
• Ability to read specifications and customer requirements.
• Experience supervising quality personnel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct quality inspectors in day-to-day activities.
• Provide technical support to inspectors and technicians.
• Investigate quality issues and drive resolution with other departments.
• Mentor and develop quality inspectors through training and evaluations.
• Support root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Assist management with process development, refinement, and auditing.
• Certify trucks as complete, intermediate, or altered per FMVSS.
